“What is MND? How does it impact our bodies? And - most importantly - what can we do in response?”

The Book

Diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) aged 45, a family man found himself facing a new reality and seemingly insurmountable odds.

Driven by defiance, Graham began a search for answers - what is MND, how does it affect our bodies, and, most importantly, what can we do in response?

Through physical changes and profound personal loss, he discovered the surprising connections between the mind, the body, hope and love.

Blending poignant reflections, scientific discoveries and practical insights, The 1% Chance charts the shaping, breaking and remaking of an ordinary person facing an extraordinary challenge.

This is not a cure or a protocol. Its a deeply personal memoir, a fresh perspective on MND and powerful call to change the way we think about health.
